Results: Due to surface instability, a coat of PrepLESS Primer ™ with its superior flexibility and adhesion was used to lock down the loose Lead-Based Paint, prior to the application of LeadLock™ topcoat. The custom colored LeadLock™ topcoat was then applied resulting in a sturdy waterproof finish that prevents lead from leaching to the surface and can withstand daily wear and tear for at least 20 years.
